Thinkwell is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. We follow these policies:

E-mail addresses

We ask customers who register with us to provide us with their e-mail addresses in order to complete the registration of their copy of our product, so we can send them information, verify their role in a course as either a registered student or as the instructor, respond to technical support questions, and so that we can send them the customer newsletter for as long as they wish to receive it.

These addresses are used only for product and service registration purposes, to send the customer newsletter, and account information to our customers. Thinkwell never sells, rents, or lends e-mail addresses of users to anyone. We do not provide any personal information, such as names, postal addresses, phone numbers, or e-mail addresses to any other organization or third party. Electronic communication from Thinkwell does not and will not contain third-party, paid advertising of any kind.

Passwords are the private property of the subscriber. For reasons of security and privacy, we do not distribute passwords to anyone. If you forget your password, you can reset it from your computer. If you forget your user name, you can contact Thinkwell Technical Support.
