Purchasing a Thinkwell title is easy. You will automatically be registered and have immediate access to the material. All of the videos and course content will be made available to you online, as well as the option to purchase the videos on CD-ROMs and in some cases, a companion workbook. Each Thinkwell title can be purchased online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Select your title(s) below to start the process.

Web Purchase Returns: If you purchase on-line access to Thinkwell products at the Thinkwell website, you may request a refund within three business days of your date of purchase. If you purchase Thinkwell physical materials like printed workbooks or optional CD-ROM kits at the Thinkwell website, you may return these physical materials for a refund (less shipping and handling charges) within 14 days of your date of purchase.

No-charge Retakes: If you are enrolled in a higher-education course that requires you to purchase a Thinkwell product, and if you drop your course after Thinkwell’s refund period, you may be eligible to re-use your paid Thinkwell on-line registration at no additional cost. To qualify, you must re-take the course within three years from your original purchase date, and your re-taken course must be using the same Thinkwell product edition as your original purchase. To arrange for a no-charge course retake, please contact Thinkwell Technical Support by e-mail to support@thinkwell.com. This no-charge retake policy does not apply to students who purchase Thinkwell on-line products for home-school use or for independent study outside a higher education institution.

About Retaking Courses: If you are a student retaking a course and you have previously registered with us, you do not need to purchase a new code. Instead, contact Thinkwell Technical Support. Please include your Thinkwell user name (email address), instructor name, and section name / number of your new class; and we will transfer your Thinkwell registration at no charge.

Product Refund Conditions: To request a refund for either on-line materials or physical materials, please e-mail rma@thinkwell.com and provide your original order number, a list of the products and materials you are requesting a refund for, and stating your reasons for a refund. All returns of physical materials must be pre-approved by Thinkwell. Please do not ship materials back to Thinkwell until you’ve been sent a Return Materials Authorization by Thinkwell. All physical materials must be unopened and in like-new condition, suitable for resale as new. Thinkwell does not refund shipping and handling costs for physical materials. If you are returning any physical materials, your credit card will be refunded once we have received your physical materials and verified their condition. Once we receive your refund request, your on-line access to Thinkwell course materials will be cancelled immediately. Thinkwell does not buy back used physical materials.
